Medical Coaching by a Physiotherapist & Masseur
Sessions aimed at private individuals, those wishing to celebrate in complete ‘health’, maintaining mobility, balance, flexibility, strength, endurance, the morale of a healthy life, a desire for a popular race, a Sunday stroll or a simple connection with body and mind. There’s no age limit or minimum requirement. Just your desire to move and stay agile.
Physical activity doesn’t suit you. You were/are not a sportsman, but you’re not sporty any more. You’re past that time, sport is youth and you’re not yet old enough for physical activity. Too many constraints, no time, hard to get started for little result, radical and costly diets. Life is too good to deprive yourself.
It’s all very true. The point is not to change this perspective, but simply to say that with better mobility and agility, life will be much better.
It’s not an Olympic game but your own challenge to keep a good synergy between your desires and your ability to maintain them.
My name is Hugo Cotrim (06.1980), a practitioner and founder of the Physio Mob Sport Massage & Rehabilitation practice, having trained as a Personal Trainer, consolidating my basic training in the context of ortho-traumatology, neuro-muscle-skeletal care, palliating global postural re-education (RPG) and the world of functional rehabilitation. I’ve had the pleasure of developing my profession in fitness centres, working in tandem with the world of physiotherapy, classical re-education and muscle-strengthening machines (fitness).
Originally from the world of urban dance (Break Dance), with an evolution towards martial arts (Capoeira), life has led me towards a world between 2 wheels (Enduro Motorbike, Mountain Bike, Road Bike) and physical preparation (Crossfit, Functional Training, Trail), allowing me to keep the pleasure of these sports but minimising the risk of injuries associated with their practice or associated bio-mechanical defects (postural action imbalances, training overloads, past injuries, etc.).
